says

"Mr. Gross' commitment to the idea of being a "parallel" entrepreneur means that virtually every butterfly gets chased - very difficult to stay focused on core strategy; small ideas are treated like large ideas; large ideas are nonexistent. Co has the reputation for chewing through managers - people get frustrated and leave because sr mgt behavior swings wildly between being totally unsupportive to micromanagement."

says

"Slow on payroll, extra slow on reimbursement checks, extra extra slow on decision making, four more words, cool."

Project Engineer says

"Incredibly unstable. Many behind-closed-door meetings. Management teams of the various operating companies are often not the right people for the job. None of the non-internet companies have been successful."

says

"Management often seems to relate with employees on only on a personal or friendship level rather than a professional one. Also, the facility is remarkably uncomfortable, being a remodel of a patio restaurant. Lighting is especially poor. Work areas are highly public. This may not matter much to people who are new graduates or who have never worked at a large company."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"It seems like employment here is a mix of a rotating door and musical chairs. People come and go, and come back again. Maybe the people move from job to job due to opportunities, but it basically seems things are always in constant motion. So if you like a place to be a little stable, this is not it. Also, in addition to the rotating doors, you never know who may end up working next to you, personality-wise."

Current Employee - Senior Management says

"Attracts the best and brightest ... who are then interfered with until they fail."

Project Manager says

"Management is so very aloof. Not enough engagement with employees. Employees are not aware of management decisions, changes, or strategies at all."

says

"Low-payment Temporary assignments end earlier than expected Open promises not met"
